c) The Saluja Store mobile app loads content directly from our website through WebView.
2. Products and Services
a) We specialize in luxury women’s clothing, bridal couture, ethnic wear, and timeless classics.
b) All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices at any time without notice.
c) We strive to display product colors and details accurately but cannot guarantee your screen’s depiction of colors.
3. Orders & Payments
a) Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmation.
b) All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
c) We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, Razorpay, PayPal, and other listed gateways.
d) Orders are processed only after successful payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
a) We currently deliver across India, Canada, and the USA.
b) Delivery timelines vary based on product type and location; details are mentioned on product pages.
c) Delays due to unforeseen events (customs, logistics, etc.) are not our responsibility, but we ensure prompt updates.
5. Returns & Exchanges
a) Due to the nature of luxury and bridal products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.
b) Exchanges are allowed only for unstitched products within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
c) Customers must provide proof (images/video) for damage claims and email us at salujastorecan@gmail.com.
6. Custom Orders & Alterations
a) Custom measurements and stitched orders are final and non-returnable.
b) Once confirmed, custom designs and bridal wear cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
